Better water for us

Staffer Mom found this announcement the other day.
It's about a new specialty water for dogs called "Fortifido." It's about darn time.
What a fierce idea!

After we've been outside digging for a couple hours, we need more than plain old tap water or garden hose water in a bowl. And this will make us better diggers right? The info says we'll get stronger bones and more energy. It must be true, right? Or they wouldn't say it, right?

Fortifido sounds like Perrier, and that's not a compliment. I spent tons of money (it's a human thing) on bottled waters until I realized that Columbus tap water is fine. Of course, water from taps across the Chattahoochee might not be as good.
On the other hand, you two certainly deserve the best, whatever it is!

Thanks Bebe!
We've found that sparkling water and bubbles in Diet Cheerwine make Bandit sneeze. It also bugs Staffer Dad when Maggie sticks her nose in his drinking glass. Of course, if he didn't want us to try it, he wouldn't put his glass on the floor next to the couch.

Jack, my son's biiiggggg dog, sipped a bit of white wine the other night and sneezed, too. It was a messy sneeze because he weighs 65 pounds. That was OK. Don, my son, just cleaned Jack's face with my cloth napkin.

I bet "Fortifido" is not as good as the beer we tasted at Wiener Dawg Races. That stuff was very tasty and since we are of German decent, very appropriate. We think we should be allowed to drink it more often ... it is our heritage, but the staffers say NO.

Staffers are strange sometimes. They'll feed us hot dogs under the table at a picnic, but not let us have beer when we deserve it. First of all: the whole idea of a wiener dog even being offered a hot dog is a little askew; and second, it's as you say -- we were born for beer!
